Access & Door Safety
- Access your pod using the digital key in the PodSpace app (BLE unlock or 6-digit keypad code).
- Never share your access key or passcode with anyone.
- Do not attempt to force open the door. If your key fails, use the in-app passcode fallback or contact support for a remote unlock.
- Close the door fully after entering. The lock engages automatically.
- The emergency exit inside the pod can always be opened from the inside without a code.
